10 seconds of bliss

.... that is how long it took me and the kids to devour 12 little pea pods! They were soo good! Summer is officially here! We planted four little plants in the back of our condo, along with beans and cucumbers, squash, zucchini, watermelon and cantelope..... just a couple of plants each. At the time we had no idea if the "community garden" would actually be a reality.... which it is now, and that will be a different story. But we were all so excited to eat those little pea pods....we didn't even get them into the house! I wish that I had a few hundred more of these fresh little vegies......but alas, we will just have to be happy with the few that have been produced! (we ate them so quickly...we didn't even think of getting a picture! hahaha)
