Lemon Cake box mix...or any flavor
1 cube of butter, softened (1/2 cup)....real butter please, margarine...just aint gonna cut it!!
1 egg
Mix all together, roll into balls and bake for 5 to ten minutes....depending on your oven. Take out before they start to brown!!
Seriously so quick and yummy!!!!

I love cake box cookies! I've always done it with oil, so I'm definitely going to try it with butter (because everything is better with butter!)
